Tsunami is a small restaurant with 5 tables. Seats 14 people maximum. First off, service was impolite. The waiter dropped off two bowls of miso soups for us. Before I can ask him for white pepper/black pepper, he walked away to talk to another customer. Food is below average. Portion sizes are tiny for what you are paying. My girlfriend and I ordered one appetizer and two entrees. In the Ahi Tower, it is made up of 80% rice for the $9 you are paying. Personally I think the spicy tuna was really spicy. The chicken katsu curry sauce had a stark raw curry powder flavor. The chicken katsu bento box had a side salad, a scoop of rice, and the chicken itself. Rice and salad were okay. The chicken was swimming in salty Terayaki sauce. Although they had sushi, we didn't order any. There were pictures of their rolls on the menu but they didn't look too appetizing. All together we paid $30 for dinner. I was still hungry after I left.

Excellent customer service and delicious food. I've had a couple of their chicken dishes and found them to be fresh, hot, and delicious! The sushi is not the best on campus but still in the top 3.

3.5 Stars. Tsunami has good food. They're newly redone, so I'm guessing they're replacing an old restaurant. I went around 5 on a Sunday night and had the chicken teriyaki--it was good, and served in an authentic bento box. There was complimentary miso soup, which was a plus (even though it didn't have any tofu). It's pretty good although their food is a little bit overpriced for the amount they give. But hey, quality of quantity right? Their food is a little bit above average-although be warned, it's self serve, so you'll dispose of your food yourself.

Previously known as Ah-Z Japanese Fusion, Tsunami carries on the tradition of being non-traditional with interesting combinations of sauces and sushi. Sushi rolls are fresh and beautiful. Be sure to ask for their sauces!

Tsunami replace the A-haz store, but they have the same staff I believe. Their food is top notch! I love their rolls (especially the shrimp tempura roll with the shredded crab and spicy mayo on top), udon, and their beef and chicken teriyaki bentos! Great flavors, clean taste, the price is worth it! There is not a lot of seating at all though, be prepared for that!

Really liked the food selection and prices. Miso soup and edamame are what I crave and it's rare to find it in one place that not only tastes good, but is kind to your wallet. Tried out some of their sushi rolls Caterpillar and California and thought they had good flavor and tasted fresh. Between the food and the friendly staff it's a definite place to add to my list of top restaurants. Would give it 5 stars but it's a bit crowded, space wise but luckily there's take out.

Surprisingly fresh sushi for being in Indiana! I absolutely LOVED the caterpillar roll. We also had the sunset roll and pacific roll which were pretty good. The octopus dumplings were interesting and tasty as well. This place is pretty small, but the service staff was pretty attentive. Seems like this place gets a decent amount of takeout as well as dine-in customers. I would definitely come again. Keep it up, Tsunami!
